An art therapists can work with you at school. Your teacher or parent can arrange a meeting for you with an art therapist and you can decide if you would like to work with them.
The art therapist will work with you in a way that is ok for you. You can decide if you want to make some art or just talk about what has been difficult or upsetting for you.
