Art Therapy can be helpful if you are, feeling shy or nervous, feeling sad, having bad dreams, worried about school or feeling angry.
The art therapist will work with you in a way that is ok for you. You can decide if you want to make some art or just talk about what has been difficult or upsetting for you.
