Making art can be relaxing, it can give you time out of your busy day. You can colour in some shapes, make a collage or just doodle.
Art for well being doesn’t require any special materials or expensive items.
As an art therapist I get to play around with art materials everyday and really enjoy just making marks and seeing what they turn into.
