I started my art practice as a print maker at a local adult education college. In 2023 after a long break, I wanted to challenge myself and commit to a daily creative practice. As an art psychotherapist maintaining a creative practice can be challenging especially living with a long term health issue.
To support my aim of a daily arts practice I attended community classes with Colourwheel and Draw Awesome online tutoring.
A selection of my work created over the last 30 years.
-Lino prints from my trip to Jamaica after my parents returned there.
-Personal work using found objects.
-Weekly art classes journey with ColourWheel
-Draw Awesowe monochromatic projects
-Watercolour capturing everyday life
-Watercolour – sketching and painting outdoors in Taroudant, Morocco with Louise Waugh.
– Draw Awesome Pastel pencil project
