web imageMy name is Olatunde Spence  I am a trauma informed therapist using creative approaches to heal traumatic life experiences.  I am a qualified and registered Art Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist based in Manchester 

I provide support to adults and children who are experiencing anxiety, depression, isolation, anger and stress. 

I have lived experience of autism as well as working with people who are autistic.

As a therapist I am committed to working with individuals and groups who have experienced adversity, isolation and discrimination.

I am HCPC registered, fully insured, a member of the British Association of Art Therapist (BAAT) and am a Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.

I also offer EMDR therapy. What is EMDR?
